The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program will be under a microscope this year as Congress discusses reauthorization of the Farm Bill. Now is the time to let our Congressional delegation know that we should strengthen this important safety net program. Read more...      Take Action:  Please sign your organization on to this letter from the Food Research and Action Center that urges our Washington Congressional delegation to strengthen and protect SNAP in the Farm Bill reauthorization process. The deadline is this Friday, April 6. Copies of the letter will be hand delivered to Senators Cantwell and Murray and to each of our Representatives while they are home on spring recess.
